Refund policy

All returns must be submitted within 14 days from when your order is shipped.

To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be sent back in saleable condition, in its original packaging with tags attached.

• We provide prepaid shipping labels for all returns within Canada.
• For returns from other regions, the shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
• Flat-rate shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
